These Terms and Conditions govern your use of BetPro360. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to everything set out below.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "Player", "You") and BetPro360 ("BetPro360", "the Platform", "We", "Us"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the BetPro360 website or its services, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, understood their contents, and agree to be bound by them.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use any BetPro360 service. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. BetPro360 strongly recommends that all members review this page periodically.
BetPro360 is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use any BetPro360 service. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. BetPro360 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time and may suspend or close accounts where age cannot be confirmed.
In addition to the age requirement, you must not be a resident of, or accessing BetPro360 from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of BetPro360 is lawful in your location. BetPro360 does not provide legal advice and cannot be held liable for your decision to access the platform in any jurisdiction.
BetPro360 employees, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to hold player accounts or participate in any promotion offered by the platform.
Each individual may hold only one BetPro360 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or another identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and a working email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information. If any registered detail changes, you must update your BetPro360 account promptly.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your BetPro360 login credentials. Any activity that takes place under your account — whether or not it was authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact BetPro360 support immediately at support@betpro360.wine.
All transactions on BetPro360 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods for Pakistani members: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher deposits may trigger additional verification checks.
BetPro360 does not charge any fees on deposits. However, third-party payment processors may apply their own charges, which are outside BetPro360's control. Deposits are credited to your BetPro360 wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment processor. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact BetPro360 support with your transaction reference number.
You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. BetPro360 does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person. Any deposit made from a third-party account will be returned, and the associated BetPro360 account may be suspended.

BetPro360 members may request withdrawals at any time, subject to the conditions outlined in these Terms. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. BetPro360 does not make payments to third parties under any circumstances.
Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash wallets typically complete in approximately ten minutes from the time the request is approved. IBFT bank transfers may take up to one business day. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals are subject to your issuing bank's processing times and may take two to five business days.
BetPro360 may request identity verification documents before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal above a threshold amount. This is a standard anti-money laundering procedure. You will be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC, and in some cases a selfie holding your CNIC. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stated timeframe will result in your withdrawal request being placed on hold until verification is complete.
BetPro360 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members from time to time. Each promotion carries its own specific terms including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, expiry dates, and any other restrictions that apply. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of the overall Terms and Conditions.
Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses offered by BetPro360 carry a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount as well) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings generated using bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example, a 30× wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means Rs 30,000 in qualifying bets must be completed before that bonus can be converted to withdrawable cash.
While a bonus is active on your BetPro360 account, there is a maximum bet limit of Rs 500 per bet or spin. Placing bets above this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided and associated winnings being forfeited. This applies across all sports betting markets, casino games, and Aviator on BetPro360.
All bets placed on BetPro360 are final once confirmed. You may not cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the platform. It is your responsibility to check the details of any bet — including the event, selection, stake, and odds — before confirming. BetPro360 does not accept responsibility for bets placed in error.
BetPro360 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed based on odds that were clearly erroneous, due to a data feed error, a pricing error, or where the result of an event was already known at the time the bet was placed. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your BetPro360 wallet. Winnings from such bets will not be paid.
In the event of a match or event being postponed, abandoned, or declared void after betting has opened, BetPro360 will apply the standard market-specific rules that govern how such events are settled. These rules are published on the relevant sport or market information pages on BetPro360. Where no specific rule exists, BetPro360's decision shall be final.
BetPro360 sets maximum payout limits per event and per market. These limits are published on the relevant event pages. Bets that would result in a payout above the stated maximum will have their winnings capped at the published limit.
All virtual casino games on BetPro360 — including jackpot slots, virtual table games, and virtual sports — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RNG is independently audited to ensure that outcomes are genuinely random and not influenced by any external factor. RTP percentages for each game are published on the relevant game information page on BetPro360.
The Aviator crash game on BetPro360 uses provably fair cryptographic technology. Each round's crash point is determined by a hash that is generated and published before any bets are placed, allowing any player to verify the fairness of any round independently. Live dealer games on BetPro360 are operated using real physical equipment and human dealers in a professionally regulated studio environment.
In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game round, BetPro360 will attempt to reconstruct the game state from server logs. If reconstruction is not possible, the stake for the affected round will be returned to your BetPro360 wallet. BetPro360 is not liable for any losses resulting from technical failures beyond its reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on BetPro360 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and — where relevant — referral to relevant authorities:
BetPro360 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice in cases where there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any conduct that BetPro360 reasonably believes poses a risk to the platform, other players, or third parties.
In cases of suspected fraud or breach of Terms, BetPro360 may withhold the balance in a suspended account pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that a breach has occurred, BetPro360 may forfeit the account balance in full. BetPro360 will notify the account holder of the outcome of any investigation within a reasonable timeframe.
Members who wish to close their own BetPro360 account voluntarily may do so by contacting support at support@betpro360.wine. Any balance remaining in a voluntarily closed account will be returned via the member's most recently used verified payment method within five business days, subject to any applicable bonus terms.
BetPro360 is committed to responsible gaming. The platform provides a range of tools that members can use to manage their gambling activity. These include deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time limits, loss limits, single-bet limits, a cooling-off period, and self-exclusion. All tools are accessible from the Responsible Gaming section of your BetPro360 account settings and take effect immediately upon being set.
Self-exclusion on BetPro360 is a serious commitment. Once activated, your account will be blocked for the duration you select — from 24 hours to permanent. During this period, BetPro360 will also take steps to ensure you do not receive marketing communications. A self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the selected period ends.

All content on the BetPro360 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of BetPro360 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any BetPro360 content without express written permission.
Your BetPro360 account grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to resell BetPro360 services or to use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools on any part of the BetPro360 website.
BetPro360 provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BetPro360 makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of any part of the platform.
BetPro360 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. BetPro360's total liability to any member in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by BetPro360's negligence, or to any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
BetPro360 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, BetPro360 will notify registered members via email and/or a notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect — except in cases where an immediate change is required for legal, security, or regulatory reasons.
Your continued use of BetPro360 after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you may close your account by contacting BetPro360 support. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent revision was made.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming law as applied by the licensing jurisdiction under which BetPro360 operates. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through BetPro360's internal complaints procedure will be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant dispute resolution body.
